Lieut-Colonels Cecil & Grace Cooper were appointed to St. John's Temple as Corps Officers from the period of January to June, 2003. They have given excellent leadership to our corps and we thank them sincerely for providing leadership and pastoral care to us. Please pray for the Coopers as they resume retirement and continue to do God's work.
